The moment I walked to the Check-In counter, I knew things were only going to go uphill from there. A beautiful lady politely showed us our seats on a map, and patiently answered our dumb questions. My baggage was a bit overweight, and she explained that to me in an apologetic way as if it were her fault. She said it was perfectly fine that I rearrange my belongings next to the line. ANA Airlines also has gives you cardboard boxes to store extra baggage. As for carry-ons, they have a metal rack to test if your carry-on will fit in the aircraft.

Another amazing feature was the check-in machines. At the Narita Airport, we could check ourselves in on the machine. It was really convenient.
